Punishment of the crime

1. In early October 2020, the thief conspiredd Defendant A to purchase precious metal at the place of sales of precious metals, and escaped from precious metals by flying it, Defendant A, driving the automobile, leaving Defendant A as the place of crime, and then, Defendant A, who committed the theft, escaped from the vehicle, and the stolen precious metal, attempted to sell and distribute the remaining money with Defendant A’s debt repayment.

피해자 D에 대한 범행 2020. 10. 6. 20:00경 피고인 B이 E 아우디 A7 승용차를 운전하고, 피고인 A이 위 A7 승용차에 동승하여 대전역 부근에 도착한 다음, 피고인 A은 하차하여 대전 서구 F에 있는 피해자 D이 경영하는 ‘G’ 귀금속 판매점에 들어가 피해자에게 귀금속을 구매할 것처럼 행세하며 “선물용 목걸이와 팔찌를 보여 달라.”고 말하여 피해자가 24K 금목걸이 1개(15돈)와 24K 금팔찌 1개(14돈) 시가 합계 9,918,750원 상당을 꺼내어 주자 이를 착용해 보는 시늉을 하다가 피해자의 주의가 소홀해진 틈을 타 위 금목걸이 1개와 금팔찌 1개를 가로채 위 귀금속 판매점을 빠져나온 후, 피고인들은 대전역 부근에서 만나 위 A7 승용차를 타고 도주하였다.
