Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 20:20 on July 21, 2016, the Defendants entered the said sales store with the intention of thefting precious metals, even though they are the intention of thefting precious metals.
