Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of k5 automobiles.

On December 1, 2019, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.168% of alcohol level 0.168%, and driven the road front of the D New Jeju branch in Jeju, which is located in the Jeju City, from the long-distance bank in Ireland to the long-distance bank in Ireland.
