1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings as a whole in the entries in Gap evidence 1, Gap evidence 2, Gap evidence 9-1 to 6, and Gap evidence 10:
The Plaintiff is a business owner who engages in material and marketing leasing business in the name of “H”, and the Defendants are the project owner who newly built multi-family houses (hereinafter “instant house”) in the original city as indicated in the following table:

B. On September 2012, the Defendants entered into a contract with P on a contract with P on a mold and steel reinforced construction among the new construction works of the instant housing (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).
