Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

No one shall collect, use, or provide location information on an individual or mobile object without the consent of the individual or the owner of the mobile object.

Nevertheless, the Defendants reported the price to P who operates an interest center in Busan N with the trade name of "O", and asked P to find out the location information of another person, and P identified the location information by attaching a location tracking device on another person's vehicle and conspired the Defendants with the location information to build a new network.

1. Defendant A is doubtful of Defendant A’s husband Q’s injection to Defendant A on March 2014, while Defendant A was suspected of having his husband Q.

In Q's request for tracking the location of Q and tracking it, P attempted to verify the location tracking devices on the vehicle operated by Q Q in receipt of KRW 2 million from the Defendant and to inform the Defendant of the location information.

In collusion with P, on March 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached the location tracking device on the back part of the back part of the RV vehicle operated by the Defendant’s husband Q at the beginning of Busan Dong-dong, Busan, in collusion with P; and (b) received and used Q’s location information by checking the location of the said vehicle at the Internet site S, and receiving and using Q’s location information.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with P to collect and use location information of Q without obtaining Q’s consent.

2. Defendant B is suspected of being the husband of the Defendant’s husband with respect to P during August 2014, while Defendant B is suspected of being the husband of the Defendant.

T was asked to trace and change the location of T, and P was recruited to identify the location tracking devices on the vehicle driven by the Defendant and to inform the Defendant of the location information.

The defendant in collusion with P as above, and in the middle of August 2014, the defendant's husband T in front of Busan Shipping Daegu, the defendant's husband T.
