Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 28, 2014, the Defendant, at around 04:00, did not possess a credit card at the “D” singing practice room operated by the victim C (Y, 43 years of age) in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, but was issued with a false speech to the victim as if it would be calculated by using a credit card, and instead received a false speech, an alcoholic beverage and an analcoin, etc., and followed the victim by drinking the alcohol with female helpers, etc., and then, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch son’s bitch, and reported it to the police.
2. On November 28, 2014, around 04:48, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to take a walk at “G” singing practice room operated by the victim F in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, for refusal of the demand of the victim, and, on the ground that it rejected the demand, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s practice of the singing practice room business by force by forcing the customer to enter the said singing practice room business, by holding the victim’s seated next to the said singing practice room room room, and continuing to start the said singing practice room at around 05:50 on the same day.
3.
