On May 31, 2019, at around 23:22, the Defendant driven a car in column B while under the influence of alcohol of about 150 meters from a public parking lot of 13-6, Masan-ro, 13-6, to a 11,000 Macro, Macro, Macro, 11,00, to a 0.108% alcohol level.
