1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s assertion of the instant claim is as follows: (a) Defendant B’s Plaintiff of forest E-2,663 square meters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of pleadings as a result of a survey and appraisal by Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), each of which is to be determined as to the cause of the claim, and the entire purport of pleadings with respect to the former branch office of the North Korean Headquarters prior to the Korea Land Information Corporation in this Court, the plaintiff owned the land E-2,663 square meters (hereinafter "the land in this case") of Jeonjin-gu in Jeonjin-gu in Jeonju-si from August 26, 197, and the defendant Eul owned the land of this case in sequence 10, 11, 12, 13, and 10 square meters (hereinafter "the land in this case"), the land in this case shall be deemed to have been connected to the above 40 square meters of cement block, 13, 12, 14, 16, and 13, each of which is to be connected to the above 25 square meters of land in sequence, 17, 14, 16, and 13.

According to the above facts, Defendant B, (c), (d), and (e) have a duty to remove and deliver each of the above parts of the buildings to the Plaintiff, and Defendant C has a duty to withdraw from the above parts of the buildings and to deliver them to the Plaintiff. Defendant C, (c), (d), and (e), and Defendant D has a duty to remove and deliver the buildings of the above parts of the buildings.

As to this, Defendant B, C, and each building of the above (b), (c), (d), and (e) was constructed with the consent of the Plaintiff. Since the above Defendants’ sculptures had been managed by the request of the Plaintiff for the assistance of the Plaintiff, the graveyard and the land in the vicinity of the Plaintiff was managed, there is an appropriate compensation therefor.
