A is the operator of the B 10 tons truck.

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, around 10:01 on February 16, 201, the Defendant operated the above truck and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle load by failing to pass through a lane where the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed at the Korea Highway Corporation, which is located in the metropolitan metropolitan metropolitan metropolitan area, prior to the Seoul metropolitan metropolitan area’s business office. From February 25, 2016 to February 33, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the measurement of the vehicle load by failing to pass through a lane where the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed at least 15 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
