Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:45 on January 30, 2014, the Defendant, at the singing room located in Busan City, Mapo-gu, Busan, drinking alcohol together with D, and then asked the State to drink. However, the State resisted that the State did not perform the alcohol, and reported the disturbance to 112. After receiving a report, the Defendant sexually insultingd the Victim G (42 tax) with the F District Assistant G (42 tax) who was sent to the State at the seat of D, and sexually insultd the victim by publicly franking the victim “the fat fat fat fat.”

2. The Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at the time, place, and 112 reported to the site and sent out the F District Assistant G to the F District Assistant G who listened to the circumstances of the instant case. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the preceding paragraph, took a bath to “Ch” and collected one beer’s disease on the table.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning police officer's dispatch duty of 112 police officers.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
