A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2015, the Defendant is punished by a fine of one million won or more for a violation of road traffic laws in the Daegu District Court Port Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on the same day, and 2.5 million won or more for the same crime in the same court on April 11, 2017.
