A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From Sep. 2014, the Defendant was engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic by employing women who are engaged in sexual traffic after hiring a commercial arrangement business entity under the trade name of "C" from Sep. 2014, 2014, and allowing them to engage in sexual traffic after receiving 120,000 won as the price for sexual traffic.
On October 23:50 of 2014, the Defendant employed women D and E to engage in sexual traffic at the above sexual traffic business establishment, and 1.20,000 won for each of them. On October 16, 2014, the Defendant arranged to engage in sexual traffic at the above sexual traffic business establishment to employ sexual traffic female F, and to receive 120,000 won for an unspecified male customer and receive 120,000 won for them.
