1. As to the portion of 16,692,203/21,00 of 21,087,000 square meters among the portion of 2,979 square meters in Northern-gu B B at Port, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Defendant (former: Preferred Housing Co., Ltd.) newly constructed a total of 95 households C apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the ground of the 2,979m2 in Northern-gu, Northern-si (hereinafter “instant site”) and sold it on April 24, 1993; on December 4, 2001, the Defendant was dissolved pursuant to Article 520-2(1) of the Commercial Act; and on January 20, 2005, the liquidation was completed pursuant to paragraph (4) of the same Article.
B. The plaintiffs, around 193 or around 1994, are the first buyer who purchased each of the households of the apartment of this case from the defendant, or their buyer, transferred all of the households of the above apartment of this case from the defendant, and have owned each of the households indicated in the building marking column of the section for exclusive use [Attachment Table] [Provided, That the plaintiff A is the plaintiff in D (D is the plaintiff in this case 2015Gahap415).
) The first apartment building No. 104 of this case and the second apartment building No. 104 are owned jointly. The first buyer occupied each share in the column for the indication of the ownership of each apartment building of this case from the time of acquisition to March 31, 2015 and acquired the above shares by prescription by ombudsman by occupying each share in the column for the indication of the ownership of the building site of this case from the time of acquisition to March 31, 2015. Thus, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for each share in the column for the indication of the ownership of the building site of this case to the plaintiffs, and the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on May 31, 2015 for each share in the column for the indication of ownership of the building site of this case to the plaintiffs.
