Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 15, 2016, at around 08:35, the Defendant driven a eM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol by approximately 1.5 meters in the section of approximately 0.184% of alcohol concentration from the 1.5km to the front road in the same Gu, from the cafeteria-gu Seoul Metropolitan Autonomous City to the front road in the same Gu.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle EM5 vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
