A. On March 8, 2020, the Defendant 09:00, around 09:0, at the entrance of a convenience store operated by the victim C in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, demanded the victim to move, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force for approximately 30 minutes, including, but not limited to, the victim’s explanation that “Choe Mason ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?...........”

B. On March 17, 2020, around 15:50 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant demanded the victim FF to enter the G convenience store operated by Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to provide alcohol on credit, but the Defendant refused to provide alcohol on credit, and thereby the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force for about 20 minutes.

The Defendant, around 14:20 on July 17, 2020, 2020, 2020, 2020: (a) was boarding a cab operated by the victim H in the north square in the Dongcheon-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City, by the Defendant, at around 14:20, on July 17, 2020; and (b) was committed as if he would pay the fee even if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the fee, even if he did not use the cab because he did not have any money or means of payment, and (c) he did not allow the victim to operate the said cab until before the cafeteria located in the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.
