A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

피고인은 B 및 C과 공모하여 2018. 4.경 C이 지인 F(닉네임 ‘G’)로 하여금 위챗에 무사증 불법이동 알선 광고를 게시하도록 하여 이를 통해 도외이탈을 희망하는 중국인들을 모집해오면, 피고인 및 B은 중국인들을 인계받아 자동차에 숨게 한 다음 그 자동차를 선박에 적재시켜 제주도 외의 다른 지역에 가는 방법으로 도외이탈을 하게 해주고 그 대가로 중국인들로부터 수수료를 받아 돈을 벌기로 합의하였다.
