1. Details of the disposition;

A. On July 20, 201, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea with a visa for short-term use (C-2, 90 days of sojourn) on July 20, 201, as a foreigner of the Islamic Republic of ASEAN (hereinafter “AFGan”), and filed an application for the recognition of refugee with the Defendant on August 8, 2011.

On December 14, 2012, Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) that the Defendant rejected the application for refugee of this case on the ground that there is a well-founded fear that the application for refugee of this case does not constitute a case of “a well-founded fear that the applicant would be subject to persecution.”

The Plaintiff filed an objection against the instant disposition with the Minister of Justice on January 14, 2013, but the Minister of Justice dismissed it on December 23, 2013.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion is the Islamic nitropha, which is located in the Eastern part of the Aflastan, as a lag nitropha of the origin of the Ghulam Dag (Pasutun).

The father B of the Plaintiff was in a hostile relationship with the Afranist government as a police officer of Afranistian government.

On May 5, 2010, Leba Ban sought B and threatened B, and forced B to join Afranist by closing to work for the government of Afranist, but B refused this.

At around 12:00 on June 10, 2010, seven lelebs were killed in knife by drawing up B, which was satisfing upon the Plaintiff’s house.

After that, the 7th century continued to threaten the plaintiff and his family members, and around 01:00 on August 3, 2010, the plaintiff was found.
