A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was working as an insurance designer of the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in around 2007, the Defendant attempted to arrange for false patients by arranging patients to the medical staff and members who issued false medical records, and each soldier or member of the Medical Service, let the patients receive medical benefits, let the patients receive the insurance money, and selling insurance products to the neighbors under the pretext of arranging them to receive the insurance money.
