According to the overall purport of each statement and pleading of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including the number when there is a serial number), the defendant worked as the plaintiff's sales member from February 1, 2011 to July 3, 2016. The defendant agrees to sell home appliances owned by the plaintiff to the above customer A at a price lower than the arm's length price in order to achieve a higher sales performance than other sales member, to allow the above customer A to pay the difference according to the arm's length price, and to pay the difference to the customer A. It is prepared from the defendant's personal property or to purchase the merchandise coupon, etc. to the other customer B to cause the customer to pay for the above difference. It is so decided that "I will be able to purchase the merchandise coupon, etc. to make it possible for the customer to pay the balance to the customer," and "I will be cancelled by purchasing the merchandise coupon, etc. from the customer's account or selling it to other customer's account, and then I will be cancelled."
