1. The judgment below is reversed.

2. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years;

1. The lower court found the Defendant guilty on the charge of quasi-rape among the facts charged in the instant case, and found the Defendant not guilty on the charge of quasi-rape.

The defendant and the prosecutor appealed both the defendant and the prosecutor, and the prosecutor did not dispute not only the grounds for appeal but also the grounds for appeal on the acquittal portion as the grounds for appeal.
