Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business shall have facilities for singing practice room business prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism registered with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant registered and operated a singing practice room in the name of the Defendant in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor, and controlled the practice of a singing practice room in the name of the Defendant, and reported the business of producing music records and music video products to the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 200,000,000 90 m2.5 m2 (27 m2) at the same place, with five singing-recording machines, five video recording machines, and other factors
