A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and the decision was confirmed on June 26 of the same month and is still in the grace period.

1. When the Defendant, on February 2013, discovered the personal information of SP C in the private document forgery or the use of the private document, he/she was aware of the personal information of C in the private document preparation process, he/she opened the mobile phone in the name of C mobile phone agents located in Busan, Daegu, Busan, through the friendly F working as an employee, and sold the mobile phone and sold it.

Around 13:00 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to F working in Busan, through a mobile phone text message, that “F was asked to open two mobile phones from the inter-Korean women-friendly job offers C,” and on the same day, F, who is believed to do so, stated “C” in the subscriber column, “C” in the resident registration number column, and “C” in the resident registration number column and signed on the applicant’s name, and submitted two copies of the forged mobile phone entry application form to F, who is unaware of such forgery, as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant had F know of the fact, forge and use two copies of a mobile phone application in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around 13:00 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested F to open and change a mobile phone in the name of C in the same manner as that of paragraph (1); and (b) requested F to do so; (c) made F, as if C purchases two mobile phones, he/she had the victim G, who is the E store, prepare an application for a forged mobile phone entry as if C purchases two mobile phones.

The defendant deceivings the victim G to this end.
