1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,560,768 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from December 1, 2015 to October 13, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the business of developing and developing electric resources, and transmitting and distributing electric power, and the Defendant is a person who runs the UNP/L and gold-type manufacturing business with the trade name of “C” in Slsung City B.

B. On May 15, 2001, the Plaintiff received an application from the Defendant for electric use of 300 km facilities capacity from the electrical user site B (hereinafter “instant electrical user site”) and entered into a contract with the Defendant on June 13, 2005 by setting the type of contract as “industrial (B) high voltageA 300 km”.

C. On March 5, 2012, the Plaintiff received from D an application for electric power use with 10kW on the instant electrical use site, and with the Defendant and D on the same day, entered into an electric utility use agreement with the Defendant and D on the same day by making the representative customer and the customer as D on the same day.

(Right and Duty Relationship other than those to be Specified in the contract) Matters not specified in the contract shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the electricity supply and the detailed rules of the former contract, and if the terms and conditions of the electricity supply and the detailed rules of the implementation are amended, they shall be in accordance with the amended terms and conditions

2. (Establishment of Electric Use Contract and Term of Electric Use Contract) The date of the formation of the Electric Use Contract shall be the date of the execution of the Electric Use Contract, and the term of the Electric Use Contract shall be as set out above.
