A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not a national sports promotion corporation and a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Games shall not engage in an act of providing property or property benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to a person who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or a similar things, and no person shall publicize such similar act, or mediate or arrange the purchase of sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto.

Accordingly, from the end of October 2014 to the beginning of March 2015, the Defendant and B established two books, two chairs, 12 computers, and 22 monitors at the office located in the Nowon-gu E-gu, Cheongbuk-do, Cheongbuk-do, Cheongbuk-do, and opened a public relations room of each gambling site by accessing the African TV (htp:///afrec.com) which is an Internet broadcasting site, and by simultaneously linking the above public relations room using 47 mobile phones provided by the operators of the “C” site, each public relations room was set up at the top of the broadcasting list, and public relations of the above public relations room was set up, and then, the Defendant and B notified many and unspecified members of each sports-related site to receive recommendations and money from each of the members of the Kaka-gu, and then to receive the above public relations, and to have them paid the money to the members of the members of the Kao-si.

Accordingly, the defendant and B conspired with the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not a trustee shall be entitled to vote for sports promotion or similar.
