A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by opening a driver’s seat in the absence of the victim E (58) on the front side of the D Special Metropolitan City, Chuncheon on April 21, 2018, which was parked in the said location using the crepan in the said crepan; and (b) brought about a theft of the victim’s property at least four times in total, including the victim’s market price in the container wre, from that time to August 24, 2018.

2. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had possession of the victims six times in total from September 16, 2018, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List No. 2, from that time until September 16, 2018, he/she embezzled the property that he/she had possession of the victims, without following necessary procedures, such as taking the necessary procedures such as returning it to the victims, on the front of the I parking lot near the H hotel (39 years of age) lost by the victim J (J).

3. On April 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, at the “L convenience store” located in Yangyang-gun K around 02:58, 2018, presented that he/she was aware that he/she was the Defendant and received a total amount of KRW 45,900, such as tobacco, from the injured party, etc., at around 01:03 on April 22, 2018, to around 08:53, 2018, in the following manner, he/she paid the price of goods, etc. equivalent to KRW 1,157,920, which was stolen on 99 occasions in total or the sum of the one with the one-way card, as shown in the attached Table 3.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, received property or property benefits, and used lost or stolen credit cards.

4. Defendants in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, including computers, shall be Yangyang-gun on April 22, 2018.
