A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The seized white shots (Nos. 1 through 58) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to six years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Rape, etc. in Relatives) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on September 13, 2012.

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
