A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 1391"
1. 2. Acquisition of stolen property:
A. On August 21, 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 102 Dong 511 (E building), acquired stolen goods after being aware that the Defendant was stolen from F as described in paragraph 1(a).
B. On August 24, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph (a), obtained stolen goods after being aware of the fact that it was stolen by the victim C, who was the victim C, as described in paragraph 1(b).
3.
