No one shall manufacture, import, process, use, cook or preserve foods or food additives which meet the standards and specifications in accordance with such standards, and no one shall sell foods or food additives which fail to meet such standards and specifications, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook, store, subdivide, transport, preserve or display such foods or food additives for sale.

As a result, Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell food that does not meet the standards and specifications for sale.

2. On April 26, 2012, Defendant A manufactured each of the inferior strings in the Daegu-gun G, in the manner of mixing the 135,000 won and the strings in the process of mixing the 135,000 won and the 5 strings from the above date to April 17, 2013 with the 36,841,000 won in total market value as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) in the G G in Daegu-gu, the Defendant manufactured the strings purchased from the former Kim Yong-do, and the wrings in the process of mixing the wrings in the import acid (China, India, and Pakistan), and sold the wrings in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk-do, the Defendant manufactured the wrings in the process of mixing the wrings in the proportion of approximately 1:17.
