Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ identity and basic facts were employed by Defendant A at the “O business center” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N to the representative class from January 2, 2009 to June 30, 2010, and the director class from July 1, 2010 to February 4, 2014, and was in charge of the development and purchase of navigation safety equipment of the PP corporation.

B worked for the position of the vice head from February 1, 2008 to February 1, 2009, and for the position of the head of the division from February 2, 2009 to March 23, 2014, and was in charge of the development, purchase, and domestic and foreign sales of navigation safety equipment of the above construction.

C From July 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010, at the above center, worked as the position of the deputy head from September 1, 2010 to January 19, 2014, and was in charge of the development and purchase of navigation safety equipment of the above construction.

D, from January 2, 2009 to January 19, 2014, while serving in the position of the Minister (the head of the Center) from the above Center, performed overall control over the development, purchase, and domestic and overseas sales of navigation safety equipment of the above Corporation.

PP Corporation, as part of the localization of navigation safety equipment and the strengthening of new growth projects around December 2008, has developed a variety of navigation safety equipment and operation information system in its own country and newly established an “O business center” organization within the Corporation intended to use it in nationwide airport and to create profits through overseas exports. The above center has been operating in Q on or around December 2013 by restructuring its name into Q.

On December 24, 2009, the PPP made a public announcement of the bid for the purchase of R (R, hereinafter referred to as "R") development through limited competitive bidding.

S Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”) participated in the said bidding and was selected as a R successful bidder on January 15, 2010. Around January 20, 2010, S Co., Ltd. entered into a development agreement with the PP Corporation and the price of KRW 2,948,000,000.

S entered into a contract with the P Corporation for the manufacture of RR products in the aggregate of KRW 1,762,200,000, around September 24, 201 and December 26, 2011, and around July 13, 2012.
