A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant filed a complaint against the Defendant with the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Public Prosecutor's Office and the Seoul Public Prosecutor's Office located in the first floor; D, around August 2015, at the 8th floor office in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Public Prosecutor's Office, he/she stolen one copy of a certificate of personal seal impression in the name of the Defendant on July 20, 2015; on August 23, 2015, the Defendant forged one copy of a certificate of personal seal impression in the name of the Defendant at the 8th floor office in the above F building; on May 9, 2016, the Defendant submitted a false complaint to the Seoul Public Prosecutor's Office with the Seoul Central Public Prosecutor's Office by submitting a copy of the forged loan certificate as evidentiary material; and on March 2, 2017, the Defendant sent the complaint to the public prosecutor's office with the above Seoul Public Prosecutor's Office by means of registered mail in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

However, on July 9, 2015, when the Defendant asked the above E to lend money, he/she allowed him/her to use the loan certificate as E and to prepare it. On July 20, 2015, the Defendant was accused of being convicted of fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 9, 2017, on the following grounds: (a) although he/she was issued a certificate of seal imprint with E and issued it to E as the community service center, he/she was accused of committing fraud, etc., and (b) on July 20, 2015, he/she prepared and submitted the above false statement.

Accordingly, the defendant was not subject to criminal punishment of the above E.
