A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was married on May 2010 with the victim B (the age of 31) and on May 2010, and maintained de facto marriage by combining judgment after having divorced around January 2013.
