A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2014. 9. 2. 01:25경 대구 동구 B에 있는 C노래연습장에서, 폭력 사건 발생 신고를 받고 출동한 대구동부경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E, 경위 F에게 “야이 씨발 개새끼들아 왜 내말을 안 듣노. 너거들 다 죽이뿐다. 십새끼들아. 내 말 들어라. 어 이 새끼들. 개자슥들 안 되겠네. 왜 사람을 말귀를 못 알아 듣노. 증거를 남겨야 되겠다. 씨발놈아”라는 등의 욕을 하고 사건경위를 파악하고자 하는 경사 E의 질문을 무시한 채 오히려 휴대폰을 들고 촬영하려고 하여 경사 E이 이를 제지하자 “이 씨발새끼. 니 돌았나”라고 하면서 발로 경사 E의 왼쪽 허벅지를 1회 강하게 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted slope E, who is a police officer, and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
