At around 18:00 on June 14, 2015, the Defendant took a bath to the victim J (here, 70 years old) who was living in the vicinity of the ISY in Busan, and who is not adequate for appraisal, brought about about approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim due to the victim's hand.
