Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 15, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

On October 15, 2011, the Defendant assumed office as a director (representative) of an incorporated association C (hereinafter referred to as “Franchis Association”), and on May 16, 2012, the said execution of duties was suspended by the Seoul Central District Court’s ruling.

On October 15, 2011, the Defendant held the board of directors of the E restaurant located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council, and had the directors and the Chairperson F dismiss G and H, the Defendant and I act as a new director, and had the Defendant present the agenda to appoint the Defendant as the Chairperson with the power of representation, and tried to pass the resolution.
