1. Defendant A shall be the Plaintiff:

A. Of the 1st floor underground of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D subway E Station, indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 of the annexed drawings.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 28, 201, the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with Defendant A for the purpose of operating an agricultural specialty center (hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement”) by setting the contract amount of KRW 1,713,00,000, contract deposit of KRW 171,300,000, contract deposit of KRW 171,300,000, contract deposit of KRW 171,300,000, contract period of between November 28, 2011 and May 27, 2017, and the lease period of KRW 28,50,000,000, from May 28, 2012 to May 27, 2017.

B. At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the Plaintiff and the Defendant A-gun agreed that the instant lease agreement shall be terminated after the final notice of the Plaintiff when the Defendant A-gun did not pay rent, etc. for three months or longer, and that the Defendant A-gun shall restore the facilities attached to the Defendant A-gun, other than the Plaintiff’s basic facilities, to its original state and order it when the lease agreement was concluded.

C. Around that time, the Plaintiff received KRW 171,300,000 from Defendant A to transfer the instant commercial building to Defendant A according to the instant lease agreement.

Furthermore, on December 9, 2011, Defendant A group determined the contract amount of KRW 1,713,00,000 with respect to the instant commercial building between Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Publicity Group”), the contract amount of KRW 171,300,000 for the instant commercial building, the payment deposit of KRW 171,30,000 for the deposit, the contract period of KRW 171,30,000 for the deposit, and the contract period from November 28, 201 to May 27, 2017, the period of entrustment, from May 28, 2012 to May 27, 2017, the rent of KRW 28,550,00 for the sales of agricultural products produced and processed from Category A.
