A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, and shall not handle clophophones (one philopphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopphones”).

1. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase philopon from a person who sells his/her name in secret with C at a lodging in the construction site of Gangnam-si B; and (b) the Defendant, via Dozine D, remitted KRW 30,00 of the purchase price to a new bank account (Account Number F) in the name of E designated by the said seller; and (c) on May 23, 2017, C received 0.5 g of philopon, which was delivered by a person who is not his/her name in secret in Gangnam-si G, which was delivered as a high-speed freight, from around 20:20 to a new bank account in the name of E designated by the said seller.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at a lodging in the construction site located in Gangnam-si B on May 23, 2017; (b) at a scopon, as described in paragraph (1) with C, opened a scopon of the scopon, which was purchased along with C, on the scopon of the scopon; and (c) administered in a way that the postponement emitted from the scopon to the scopon by making use of plastic promptly.

B. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant administered philophone scopic scopic scopic scopic (scopic scopic scops) purchased, as described in paragraph 1, at a lodging at the construction site located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, B, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1 (a).

On June 2017, the Defendant administered 21:00 p.m., in the same manner as described in paragraph (a), among the philophones purchased as described in paragraph (1) within the room of the Defendant, which was around 21:00 p.m., around 302.
