A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant is not a narcotics handler, and shall not trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, administer, or possess narcotics or psychotropic drugs, etc. by a person who is not a narcotics handler.

Nevertheless, on March 8, 2017, the Defendant purchased and conspired to administer camphophones (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which are a local mental medicine, through D, with C around March 8, 2017, and requested D to request D to seek philopon by phone at around 14:01, and D accepted this.

1. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant collected 7.50,000 won from the scam room in Chuncheon City, Sincheon-si with C to purchase the scam. On the same day, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased the scam non-scam amounting to KRW 1.50,000,00 from the scam from the scam room in the vicinity of the G film museum located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to introduce D with the introduction of D. The Defendant purchased the scam non-scam amounting to KRW 1.50,000,000 from the scam in the upper part of the scam, purchased from the above scam room in 23:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, purchased a penphone, which is a local mental medicine, from H, in collusion with D.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine, once.
