1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(The seller shall submit a written waiver of the construction permit; 4. The seller shall pay the down payment simultaneously with the submission of an application document for the construction cost of the seller’s construction cost.

(The seller's existing loan shall be repaid in full at the same time as the down payment is made. The seller bears the seller's responsibility for cancellation of mortgage).

6. The seller shall actively cooperate in all necessary documents at the time of obtaining the permission for the viewing of gender;

C. According to the instant sales contract, the Defendant performs embanking work after receiving the instant land from the Plaintiff, and embanking work. Of the instant land, the Defendant, in sequence, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 30, listed on the ground of a section 80 square meters in the attached drawing (hereinafter referred to as “section 1”) in which concrete wastes are installed on the same map, and 39,40, 41, 42, and 39, connected each point in sequence with each point of 17 square meters in the ship (hereinafter referred to as “section 2 in the ship”).
