Punishment of the crime

around 16:58 on January 28, 2010, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by the automobile mandatory insurance, from that time until April 9, 2010, by not later than 04:17, as shown in the list of crimes, from that time, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by the automobile mandatory insurance at least five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes.

The defendant of "2015 High-level 122" was driving B car volume as a general company member.

1. On June 17, 2010, at around 23:10, the driver driven the above vehicle and escaped from the scene without any measures to avoid physical damage equivalent to KRW 840,000 in repair cost, due to the shock of the victim E-owned vehicles parked in the front line from the distance of hydrospheric history to the front line, depending on three-lanes in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. At the same time as the above paragraph 1 above, the Defendant driven a H-owned B Cub vehicle on a section of about 500 meters from the front of the D Chinese restaurant in Suwon-si G to the front of C, without a driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency.
