1. The Defendant’s KRW 257,991,358 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 5, 2018 to September 17, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff is a Japanese resident residing in Japan, and the defendant is a company that operates the consumer financial business that receives globalization from the Japanese investors who intend to make an investment in Korea and re-invested it in Korea and pays the principal and interest to the Japanese investors.
B. From January 6, 2011 to June 1, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the Defendant a sum of KRW 15 million under the following conditions:

C. As to the loans Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 5, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the loan and agreed interest by the due date, and on December 27, 2016, the Defendant prepared a letter stating that “the remittance plan to pay the principal and interest of the investment according to the due date of the investment contract will be set to the Plaintiff by the end of April 2017.”
Since then, the defendant, on December 6, 2017, is about 100,00 United Nations on the plaintiff.
