Punishment of the crime

1. On September 8, 2019, around 00:40 on September 8, 2019, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s restaurant business for the victim’s restaurant business for about 15 minutes by force, such as avoiding disturbance, on the ground that the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, brought about a c’s boomed restaurant with “C” located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and brought about food, such as his wife and the cruel water.

At around 00:50 on September 8, 2019, the Defendant, at the same place as Paragraph (1) and at the same time, expressed that the victim guard F, who belongs to the Busan Shipping Police Station Estation of the Busan Shipping Station Estation, sent out after having received a report on interference with the restaurant business, did not have himself/herself in order to ask for the circumstances of interference with the business, and publicly insult the victim by publicly insulting the victim by “the cafeteria proprietor and the customer,” who is seen earlier.
