Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives the vehicle of the freezing tower B with a sealed flacing net.

1. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) the owner of the said vehicle; (b) the owner of the said vehicle was prohibited from operating the said vehicle on the road that was not covered by mandatory insurance; and (c) on February 15, 2017, the Defendant operated the said vehicle B, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the front road of the Yellow-gu, Daegu, Seocheon-ro Kimcheon-ro to the front road of 233-ro, Gyeong

2. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said B truck without a driver’s license in the section from the front of the Yellow River market to the front of the Geum River-gu, Daegu, Gecheon-ro, Kim Jong-ro, 233, by around 14:10 on February 15, 2017.
