A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on January 8, 2010, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million with a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 8, 2010, and on April 27, 2012, the Seoul Eastern District Court received a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and was punished twice for drinking driving by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate, which is the mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On April 23, 2014, from around September 8, 2014 to around September 8, 2014, the Defendant continued to use the H number plate in the Gangdong-gu Seoul and Songpa-gu Seoul for the purpose of transporting the 5 tons truck of the above modern car and 5 tons truck to many unspecified persons.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.
