A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The criminal records and the defendant were sentenced to a fine of KRW 90,000 on March 15, 2007 by the Busan High Court, who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 100,00 as a violation of the Public Official Election Act, and became aware of D's election campaign members, etc., and thereafter, they were in charge of publicity and planning as D's election campaign members at each time of election. D's working as the head of E's office from 206 to 2014, who was employed as the head of E's office, worked as the execution cost of E's 6th class E's work. From the 20th National Assembly member election conducted on April 13, 2016, the defendant worked as the chief of the overall control office of the D's election office, which is a candidate of the FG political party, and performed election campaign to D in charge of overall election strategy and planning affairs, such as production of campaign materials, external publicity, and election campaign management.

The Defendant prepared a text message to the effect that “property tax, income tax, and comprehensive real estate holding tax on H increased by approximately 75 times the total amount of H’s property tax, income tax, and comprehensive real estate holding tax on H’s lineal descendants increases by using approximately 75 times more than the time of the election of the 18th National Assembly member in the election of the 20th National Assembly member.”

2. Speech or broadcasting for the purpose of preventing a crime from being elected;
