A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 12:14 on October 18, 2013, “2014 Highest 1299” C cut off with one unit of G smartphone equivalent to KRW 700,000 at the market price owned by the victim E, which was located on his/her book, in the work room operated by the victim E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu., with the victim E, who was in his/her seated.
On October 18, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant offered that C would sell one smartphone as described in paragraph (1) that it stolen as above and received from C the said smartphone.
The Defendant knew of the fact that the above smartphone was a stolen, the Defendant tried to sell the above smartphone to the mobile phone purchaser (a man aged 40 years old) who was contacted by C in front of the large area in Daegu-gu, 16:30 on the same day, and whose name the name was expressed after being contacted by C.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the transfer of stolen goods.
"2014 Highest 3083"
1. On May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the front line of the Daegu Southern-gu JJ on May 27, 2014, into a driver’s seat, which was parked at that place, and did not find cash, etc. to be stolen, but did not commit an attempted act.
