1. The Defendant’s KRW 18,875,806 to the Plaintiff and its related KRW 6% per annum from December 15, 2015 to February 25, 2020.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that manufactures automobile parts, wholesale and retail business, automobile maintenance business, etc., and the plaintiff asserted that on April 25, 200, the plaintiff was employed on September 26, 199, but there is no evidence to acknowledge this.
In November 30, 2015, a person who was employed by the defendant and was retired on November 30, 2015.
2. The term of the employment contract and the term of the employment contract (1) shall be from April 1, 2013 to March 30, 2014.
Where an agreement on the renewal contract is not reached between 30 days before the expiration of the contract term, the contract shall be automatically extended under the same conditions.
3. Work hours and recess hours: The contractual work hours shall be based on 209 hours a month (40 hours a week); actual work hours shall be 08:30-18:30 hours a week; and recess hours shall, in principle, be 12:0-13:00 hours a week; and 30-13:00 hours a month before and after commuting;

(3) In addition to the working hours under paragraph (1), in addition to those set forth in paragraph (1), overtime work shall be applied for 11.5 hours a week (6.5 hours a day a week).
5. The composition of an annual salary and ordinary wages (1) The wages of Eul shall be composed of ordinary wages (basic wages, maintenance allowances, and team leader allowances), allowances (over-time allowances, food subsidies, transportation subsidies, various legal allowances), and comprehensive wages including bonuses; annual salaries shall be 37,200,000 won; and the detailed statements of wages shall be as follows:
