1. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by a fine of KRW 3 million due to the same offense, etc. at the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, and on July 22, 2015, by the same court, respectively.

At around 02:00 on September 5, 2015, the Defendant driven Cinep vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.105% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the front of the boomel in front of the bridge in the East-gu Eup, Seoan-gun, Seoan-gun, Seoan-gun to the front day of the two weeks away in the same military.

4. Around 06:10 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant driven a E-Poter II truck with a blood alcohol content of about 2 km from the front of the Military Transport Park, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, to the long distance of the same day from around 06:15 on the same day.

5. A person who violates the Road Traffic Act (not after-accident) is a person engaged in driving EPoter II cargo vehicles.
