1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,173,90 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 19, 2015 to March 31, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a council of occupants’ representatives comprised of occupants of Lldong A Apartment-gun.

B. On June 201, the Plaintiff’s apartment complex concluded a contract with the Defendant for water supply pipe construction works under the ground water tank, sellet construction works, and a water supply pipe construction work (hereinafter “instant construction”) with the Plaintiff’s apartment measuring instruments, on which the construction cost was set at 3.3 million won, by providing water supply pipe works under the ground water tank, sellet construction works, and a water-saving valve installation, etc. (hereinafter “instant construction”).

C. The Defendant, as part of the instant construction, installed the opening and closing of the water supply system on the water supply pipe that flows water into the underground water reservoir as a water tank (a mechanical valve that automatically cuts the water supply and blocking water of a water tank and does not require all separates, and the opening and closing of the water supply system is operated by the opening and closing valve installed on the other side of the connecting salary connected with the water tank according to the string of the visible seal according to the water force).

After that, on November 2012, the Plaintiff’s apartment was discharged from all water tanks of the above underground reservoir and carried out cleaning inside the underground reservoir. After that, in the process of collecting again water from the above underground reservoir, the Plaintiff’s apartment did not operate properly, so the water level of the underground reservoir was exceeded, and the water level was exceeded due to the flow pump capacity in the underground machine room, and there was a flood accident in which the rest of the facility is suspended from all of the facilities (hereinafter “the flood accident in this case”).

E. The Plaintiff spent the costs of replacing and repairing the electricity board and the drain pumps, etc. due to the flood accident of the instant case, as follows.

(1) Costs of replacing the electric panel shall be 12,320,000 won. (2) Costs of supplying pumps, replacing the water pumps, repairing and replacing the pipes.
