1. 업무방해 피고인은 2015. 6. 22. 10:00경 서울 강서구 C에 있는 피해자 ‘D 병원’ 로비에서 병원 주차장 등이 마음에 들지 않는다는 이유로 안내데스크 직원인 E에게 “이 년아, 메르스 소독은 왜 하느냐, 여기는 왜 장애인 주차장도 없느냐, 왜 불친절하느냐”라고 욕설을 하고, 고객지원센터 직원인 F을 향하여 주먹으로 치려는 듯한 시늉을 하면서 위협을 하고, 그 곳 데스크에 설치된 컴퓨터의 모니터를 주먹으로 쳐 떨어뜨리는 등 약 20분 동안 소란을 피워 위력으로 피해자 병원의 업무를 방해하였다.
