A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million from a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the source of a water source method on June 20, 201, and a summary order of KRW 5 million from a fine in the same court on December 17, 201, respectively.

Although Defendant had been punished twice or more due to drinking, Defendant 1 driven E-V or car under the influence of alcohol 0.05% without a driver’s license from the Defendant’s house located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the D three-distance located in the same Gu C, around April 4, 2016.

2. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss shall not operate a motor vehicle as the owner of the Erails or motor vehicle, and no one shall operate an automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

3. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated the said car without mandatory insurance on a G private-distance road located in the Netherlands around 05:30 on April 21, 2014, although he was a person holding Erails or automobiles; and (b) was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the E leleto or car without a driver’s license at the same time and place as that of paragraph 3.
